I have trouble focusing at home too but for me I could probably improve that problem by organizing and decluttering the home office and ignoring RU-vid etc. when I should be concentrating on business. An away from home office space would be great, though and sometimes handy for meetings but usually lobbies and cafes are fine for those. Congratulations on the new office, Reyes!

Invest in a building, use one unit as an office and rent out the others. Take equity out after a few months.

Reyes I've been looking for a video *exactly* like this for a long time now. Every time I look on RU-vid for office tours I get videos of people who have these big-ass impractical skyscraper offices that are so far from what I'm looking for. Great video. Productivity is a big factor in having an office. Working from home can be difficult at times if you’re easily distracted. Especially if you don’t have a quite space.

Biggest pro... you'll have an official location for clients to meet you. Rather than meeting somewhere, or them coming to your home. We lost many clients because when you have a space, it's more professional. Businesses around you will see your business and more than likely will support your small business that'll help make up for the extra overhead. That's my experience. :)

I have the same problem. I've been able to start making a full time income from my YT channel, but I battle working at home while my wife and kids are there. I feel like I need a small office away from the house. So I can focus on my work. Hopefully I can afford it soon. Thanks for the video!

That's crazy. I work from home right now and am in the process of organizing my room in a way that emulates an office environment, to get me into the workflow easier. Office spaces where I live are around $1800/month for 1000 sqft
