What a great session👏👏 Well done, Bilal. Well done, host! The exchange was so smooth. My favourite part was how something negative like that lady's agenda (the one who made personal comments about Bilal's family) backfired on her but it opened up more honest discussions like the one in this interview. You guys explained the Pakistani female trauma so well 🙌 It's true, you have to mentally prepare yourself everytime you step out...but, when you are a woman, along with everything else there is this constant worry in the back of your mind ALL THE TIME. It only gets switched off when you reach a familiar place surrounded by familiar people. Now imagine, what it must be like for women who HAVE to step out regularly....🤯 Those 'cerebral pulses' of worry have disabled so many of us from just going out, even if it's just a small walk to the park. Stories need to be shared but the Female Trauma is not a national issue. It is not considered worthy enough to be discussed like this on prime time TV or news. These topics are saved for morning shows with very little to no insight or in depth. Can't expect much from our advertising agencies either. This practice NEEDS to change if they want really things to get better here. Kudos to you Runway for leading the way with discussions like this🏆
