Great video! My wife and I have been exploring Southlake and can see ourselves moving over there at some point down the road. Travis knows DFW really well, can't recommend him enough! He helped us get into a home a day after it hit the market, in an area we loved, at a price just below what we were expecting to have to pay. We were only in town for a weekend (flew in from Philadelphia) and Travis helped us make the most of it- very efficient. I don't usually go out of my way to write RU-vid comments, but our experience with Travis warranted it.
southlake is just north of dfw airport, can you hear the noise from airplane taking off/landing? i was looking for an area in grapevine that is included in southlake isd, but the home is old and the market is too competitive, it would be great choice for upper middle class
Southlake has been placed in the spotlight regarding race theory in schools. I don't understand how you didn't talk about that topic that as it's in the news. If you are upfront with people it makes you more credible as a choice to know what is actually happening in your own community
@@LivinginFortWorthTexas Agreed. I lived in Colleyville until 2018ish or so, and it's crazy how much of this national-level politicking has polluted the community in the recent few years. At least it's been made clear where communities like Southlake stand on issues like CRT. So I guess that's one good thing that came out of this.
