Pros & Cons of ADUs - Is It Even Worth Building an ADU? 

I have a home on ca. Central coast paid for on a 200ft deep lot. After about a year of research. I decided against it. My life is stress free. That is worth more than some income and all the bs city builders etc. No thanks you
