are you on amazon handmade as you list in the handmade categories or do you just have the option the offer customizable products in the other categories? We have a pro store, started as FBA and got approved to offer customizable products but I'm not sure what the difference is to amazon handmade or if I should move the browser nodes to amazon handmade categories (subject to I get approval from them as it's currently gated) . Hi there! I was wondering if you could teach us how to write the proper Etsy titles for our listings. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do that. What I do is that I put keywords that I find on Marmalead and then use them as tags. If the keywords are too big, I split them in two or three tags. Then I add more relevant keywords to use all 13 tags. But it doesn't seem to work well, I don't know what to do. I've been stuck to 45O sales for weeks, now. Hi Vlad, thank you for making the video! Do you find that customers on Amazon cancel their orders more often or do they return the items? Can they return personalized items? Because on Etsy we have the option to not accept returns.
On amazon handmade you can create your own return policy as I have personalized items listed right now and it is very clear in my policy that personalized items are not eligible for returns.
@@cangel201 I sell on both, and have literally had one return on Etsy because they were disappointed out of thousands of sales. On Amazon, I get them weekly. Frustrating, but its a different customer.

We have lots of crochet products that are pure white. Can I use different backgrounds or should I use only white background? It does not make sense to use white background for these white crochet products.

I did Alibaba.com and I ordered small amounts and every time I would get the order I would ask for some improvement, either price or quality, if they are willing to accommodate then they are the real deal. Also if over time you find better deals, I would let the original manufacturers know, and since you have a history with them, they will want to match that price.
