It should not be an impossible exercise to try any person to make the account of their innocence known. No matter who. The account as proven beyond reasonable doubt, of finding guilt, or otherwise remaining innocent, should not be impossible to make heard. No gotchas, no intrigues, no manipulations. Just the plain accounting ..it has to be possible.

@@AndrewBurbo-zw6pf There's nothing illgeal about owning a pew pew or having an NDA. However, what IS illegal is the use it's put to. Rob a bank with a pew pew is illegal. Which is where Trump gets into trouble for BOTH a indicted person purchasing a weapon (violates his bond) and for making political payments to further his campaign and not reporting it as a campaign money (illegal) and by reporting it as an legal expense rather than a settlement (also illegal). Or put simply, if Trump's opponent did this you'd be on it like white on rice.

When I was working as an A/P clerk and later as Controller for a local family business with about 40 employees, part of my job was the weekly check run. The president of the company would then review and sign the checks which had invoices attached. He would notice when a bill was larger than he had expected, and have me call the vendor for clarification. Rich people don't get rich by giving away money, and a business owner doesn't get to maintain a profitable business without paying attention to detail. Trump knew.

Falsifying business records is a crime, also there was a pattern of company fraud, election fraud, lying under Oath (Inauguration Day for one), general lying, dereliction of office, general criminal incompetence, specific lying, obstruction of law, obstruction of Congress, interfering with Congress, fashion crimes, crimes against ordinary intellect and functionality, crimes against good taste, crimes against intentionally bad taste, and others.

Trump faces 34 counts of falsifying business records to allegedly hide the repayment to his former lawyer Michael Cohen for the $130,000. His "dinner" with Stormy says a lot about his lack of character. Someone with lack of character wouldn't have a problem with cheating and falsifying business records.
