Its honestly INSANE that this man was even free to begin with. I was looking at his criminal record and I found out that he had been given a slap on the wrist a BUNCH of times. Cases where he committed battery and was only given probation, cases where he had sex with a minor and was given probation. Almost every case had ridiculously low bails, including one that was only $100. One of his more aggregious crimes (i forget exactly what it was) he was only sentenced to 37 days in jail. Even when it comes to the most recent crime he'd committed, he was allowed to get out on a ridiculously low bail. If he'd been in jail where he belonged, this never would've happened. I was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia way back in 2009 and my bail was $1500, and I had the option between 60 days in jail or 1 year of "zero tolerance" probation. I had no criminal history prior to that either. But this man can beat people, shoot at people, try to run people over, show a very clear pattern of violent behavior, and he's allowed to post bails between $100 and $1000? Wtf!?

This Monster was on the streets because the system failed us. He has a clear record of criminal conduct his entire adult life, was in jail for violence, yet he was released to the streets anyway.

It's remarkable to watch a 40 year old behave in a way you would think a 6 year old spoiled brat would behave. It's this kind of mind that it takes to think it's acceptable to mow down 70 people. At 40 years old his mommie has to bail him out for his misbehavior--- just incredible.

He even tried to run back to mommy after he ran over all those people in her car. And she still sticks up for him, lying to the police saying she didn't know he had the car when she let him LIVE in it.

@@zfatbcvxbthsbcv I know, a normal parent would kill their kid for wrecking their car, let alone wrecking it by mowing over people and killing them. But not Dawn, she helped him through the whole process with the sovereign citizen bull, she was even behind the reddit post. I guarantee she is sending him commissary money still.

I disagree that he acts like a 6 year old. His state of emotional maturity, sense of personal responsibility, and lack of concern for anyone other than himself are all the same as a typical two year old child.

He brought those kids up every chance he got. During his arrest it was always "My girls " just want them to know I am ok. Lied about raising them an his bumm azz having a mortgage. What a joke. I read a comment from his son's Mother.....the eldest child. She stated how embarrassed she was of him. One, for the crimes he committed and two, the fact that he's NEVER done ANYTHING for her child. Yet he used the existence of those kids at every turn.

The fact that he can sit there and spout off about being disrespected when he’s eye rolling and clapping at victims statements and tears says everything about his character. He is focused on one thing…what Darrell wants and f*** everyone else.

I find it amusing that he’s able to keep his trap shut until Attorney Opper mentions how he’s a manipulator and he always tries to control the situation but that he has no control now. Only then does he disrupt and fly off the handle, effectively proving her point for her.
