Doctor Pal, I have attended a Doctors in Nutrition conference in 2019 where I heard Dr Neal Barnard of the PCRM in Washington presenting. He advised that consuming dairy prodcts increases the risks of getting breast and prostate cancer. I gave up dairy consumption 7 years ago and have never felt better. Your thoughts?

No you needn't any medicine try to enrich yourself in natural way of living. As a Doctor I suppose excessive sexual thought/ high protein diet/ less water intake is responsible to have such symptoms in adolescents.
