Prostration 

Prostration is an action that exhibits the highest degree of humility of a creature before his Creator.
Sujud or sajdah, is an Arabic word meaning prostration to God (Arabic: Allah) in the direction of the Kaaba at Mecca which is performed during the 5 daily prayers. While in prostration, a Muslim is to praise and glorify Allah. The position involves having the forehead, nose, both hands, knees and all toes touching the ground together.
"Whatever there is in the heavens glorifies Allah and whatever there is in the earth, the Sovereign, the All-holy, the All-mighty, the All-wise." (Al-Quran, 62:1)
"Only those believe in Our signs who, when they are reminded of them, fall down in prostration." (Quran, 32:15)
