Happy to prove you wrong :) I will ask one of our team to film knocking in gate posts for you - the plates are around 300x300mm so easily can take the width. Will post a video later this week of some big timber being knocked in for you all being well.
@@perrettfencing4637 Thanks, look forward to seeing it. How have you found the reliability of the ProTech? Have you had any issues at all with them? What is the speed like between posts? We have a post driver which is ideal for post & rail but a bit slow for paddock fencing as it takes too long to go the 12 metres between posts.
Hi there - yes it is possible to occasionally bend or snap one of the pins if your not straight on top of your rockspike and the pad is a bit worn on the rockspike top. We've done a lot of work on toughing the pins and on our latest model we are confident that on doing 500hrs then a service you'll only be replacing 5-10 pins if used normally. We include a spare 20 pins with sale and if more are required these will be available from us at a low cost. We will be out demoing these soon - be great if you can come and see one work and we're sure you'll see the multiple advantages of having one. Thanks for the questions :)
