I agree, if you don’t wrap your hands, be careful. My form is getting pretty good now and I’m able to really throw with power and solid form, and I always realize I need to tone it down because I feel my knuckle or wrist saying to calm down.

It happens to all of us. I get caught with it too. I recommend always going with someone new, or awkward in the class. It always helps to modify your power/ speed/ to sharpen technique. Because you begin to rely on movement rather than power.

@@Phylasso That’s an interesting take. We don’t have super advanced guys at my gym (I was there when my gym started up) so I tend to try to stick to those who are more advanced. I think I may add some variation of skill levels.
