The quality of this lock is well worth the price, cnc built here in the USA, all American built out of the best materials. You could by one factory speaker grill at Harley for $90 or buy a precision seat lock for $70

Would be difficult to use on an Ultra seat. If there was some way to make one that was vertical it would be very useful.

It spins to the right or left for access on an ultra

That's not the issue with the ultra. It's getting that key down there in that angle and so low AND then trying to spin it towards the tour pak with the wiring and fat touring seat. I could be wrong so Please show us how easy that is. Thanks.

I have a Corbin seat and it sits slightly to the rear over the seat bolt. I tried the RB lock and found that it would rub on the seat. I returned the lock.
