My compass is still K, I however have changed some of the movement binds, for example w + s to toggle walk but other than that off the top of my head it is the same. (Not including helicopters I completely redid those binds.)

When you start a new antistasi save it gives you the options to change factions and use car mods to have more cars etc. Try changing the factions and if that doesn't work let me know and I can give it a look.
