Had they been armed , they would have had a change to defend themselves , Government must provide each household with licensed firearms ..... and equipt families with better oppertunities to take care of themselves .... Strickter firearm laws will not eradicate criminals , only the community who are armed will stand a better change of confronting terrorism , the Police can't defend the Citizens of South Africa neither can they protect anyone from life threatning situations ....
