This is definitely not just for Wiccans 🙏🏼 everyone can do these - and yes I agree with you, a lot of people naturally will already have these practices as part of their lifes - thats kind of why I love them, they are easy to incorporate

I don't do much warding any more, because I have full trust in my guardians, who protect me. I guess what I would add to this is, develop a strong relationship of trust with your guardians they will protect you.
@@KatieJohnson-gn6mv No. Guardians can be internal (like angels, fylgjas), or external, like house spirits (tomten, domovoy, familiars) or the spirits with whom you share your land (landvaettir, fairies, etc.) They may be visible or invisible; the visible ones often take another form, such as an animal or bird :)
I visualize a psychic suit of armor around me when I write down my sigils. I'm a Wizard that likes to work at night. I mostly write down Hypersigils becuase that's what got me into Magick and I'm trying to make it work.
A few questions. What is your "space". What do you mean by "energies"? By what mechanism are "energies" sent your way and how do you know? What's a "spirit"? What properties do they have? Finally do you have any evidence supporting these ideas?
My favourite form of meditation is when I paint - I can’t do the traditional meditations at all with having adhd and its just very hard for me so maybe try something else that feels meditative!
I have a hard time with this too - I try to visualise using emotions or other senses instead of ‘seeing’ something. So imagine your feelings instead, or imagine how the energy might tingle in your body, or the element that you’re working with.
