Doesn’t Greek key motif only have 4 anti parallel beta strands and not 5? Also, what is the difference between a beta meander and beta hairpin?. Isn’t the meander just a combination of beta hairpins ?

I think that would be tertiary structure. Supersecondary structures are just combining secondary proteins.
