@4:20 mam why yeha pe folding hone ke chances hai or Co-translation translocation me or post translation of bacteria me folding nhi ho rahi thi(means woha koi chaperon protein kyu nhi aa raha tha folding prevent karne ke liye) plzz clear this doubt ???
