The Lore:
In the near-future dystopia of a neon-drenched Hong Kong, a clandestine syndicate launches a brazen takeover of three towering skyscrapers, holding the city hostage in the luminous embrace of chaos. This causes the activation of protocol: Neon-Rise. Vanguard-1, an elite multinational special forces unit specialized in counter-terrorism, embarks on a perilous mission to re-gain control of the neon-lit metropolis. As they maneuver the vertiginous heights and labyrinthine interiors, executing the precise choreography of protocol: Neon Rise, Vanguard-1 must liberate hostages and neutralize the OPFOR (opposing forces).

Very nice! I love the feel you've gone for, it really does feel like we're about to siege a gigantic high-rise or skyscraper. You captured that sort of essence well, in my opinion. I can't quite put my fingers on it (maybe it's the sort of tremolo-esque effects on the synths when their warbling speeds up and slows down, maybe it's the key it's in, I don't know), but it's very well done. I love the inclusion of the R6:Siege Operator acquisition sound effects as well in the "Breaching In" section. Nice little nod to the game, and would fit very well as a map theme.

Heyy thanks for listening! You have a very keen ear. The tremolo-esque synth was indeed what I used for the skyscraper vibe. Combined with the grandiose reverb it produces this towering sensation and the synth sound itself adds a tiny bit of sci-fi vibe into it. I am thrilled that I seem to have nailed the vibe. I have a friend, he passed away on May 7, 2023 due to stress and this was the type of music he liked to listen to, he was gentle and kind to everyone but until his hardest time Then there was only him alone. He left, leaving behind many regrets for everyone who remained. I wish him on the other side to always be the same happy and enthusiastic young man as before. Thank you hydra, thank you to those who made such good music, I love this type of music and miss you so much hydra
