Conah Dalton; you say that, but you don't get my point. With the current state of reggae/dancehall, there is almost no militancy with regards to honesty in the music and speaking out against injustice and corruption. The message being conveyed in this song is one they would have been proud of, in my humble opinion. You, of course, are entitled to your own. I realize that you thought I was comparing a DJ to two legendary singers.
This is happening around the world. This is what happens when you just print and don’t acknowledge the barter and continuous exchange. THERE IS NO RETIREMENT. BLME YOUR LEADERS, this is what they wanted. To see the blood move.
Don Wayne its inspires me. im from maxican decent living i california. i rather sing reggae all day everyday then sing trash polluting lyrics. together rastas are unstoppable
james Wynter yea man, same with Jesse royal have a powerful voice like tosh..check him n kabaka p too dem sick, mi like how reggae look right now: words, sounds n powerful voices

"Was bout to buy a next 6 enuh/ Maybe then I never have to be a prisoner/ Maybe then I could've not turn in my firearm/ police couldn't come remand/ it's like mi run an army". Speak on King. R.I.P. Khajeel Mais.
@@pagola no one said it was just Jamaica BUT A JAMAICA WE A TALK BOUT RIGHT NOWWWWW. stop tell we bout "it's not just Jamaica". Nuh Jamaica we a talk bout NOW? KMT
In terms of writing skills, clarity and being on point,PROTOJE has no equal.....but love whats happening with the new wave of reggae artists..Kabaka, Jah9, Jesse and Chronixx, the roots rock reggae thing skyrocketing...real music...blessed love to the Dean inna the Roots Rock Reggae School...
Real message being sent here...but most Jamaicans prefer the once that talk about pum pum and nothing bit sex and woman performing all sexual acts. Big up proteje, Dre island, chronixx and all other preachers.
The type of songs Dave Kelly an Bounty Killer would put out. Jamaica needs more a these song to bring back the reality of what’s going on. The power in music
When I heard this song I immediately thought 'this is London UK too'. Check the Heygate Estate Scandal (the people did not win) Check the Millwall stadium scandal (the people won) These are only 2 examples of the madness that the People have to live with. It is ongoing. Thank you for making a stand through music.
Reggae is the key to open up the doors that are blocking man's eyes. Every sentence in this song is the truth. Protoje you make man see, big up, spread your word. Just returned to the Netherlands after having a look inna Jamaica. The last night there I was blessed to see Protoje perform Blood money live at Chronixx' Chronology tour in Kingston, it was incredible. I am still stunned, words cant describe the feeling. Pm me if you plan visiting and need info about my experience, bless.
Saw him perform this at Jamaican Independence event in London, it was so powerful. You know when the music physically moves you? yeah thats what happened. Big Up
Since they started working together Protoje is more like hip hop and riddims are all kinda same thing over and over! I LIKE IT but i dont see Protoje doing reggae music with the same love as before ancient future
MrJama1ca who knows is fantastic, but conscious protoje will always be best. AF didnt have enough of it. this is basically the Take Control pt2, the winta james version. so good.
The keyboard sound and rhythm are addictively haunting. I love it .Wicked sound track. I would like to hear other artists voice-over this soundtrack.Big Up Protégé.
more people should listen to reggae because reggae tells the truth just like this song so protoje keep the fire burning and keep on being blessed, respect to the most high i&i MORE FYAH
Realest song but it won't ever reach its heights where it suppose to be because we Jamaicans embrace more go for the slacks song, plus the government don't like when artist show dem up
