While neat this has the problem of the other design series: it talks in high level abstractions but completely glosses over HOW you can actually carry these things out. It's like the talk is solely directed to enterprise|inhouse developers who will just automagically have access to infrastructure that can enact these concepts and thus not ever need a series like this anyway. Like for remote testing what's the tooling|instrumentation is like?, are users savvy enough to say be given access to a remote desktop so you can keep control of everything? If not how do you ensure you get things like video feedback? etc etc. Just a couple of links or references would massively increase the value here.
