Uhhh it probably will last a lifetime. Brand new whip, and the sentimental value alone is worth more than anything. I’d keep it forever no matter what.
Telling his son.... "You've been blessing me your whole life, you've been a blessing to me and your Momma your whole life".... Every child needs to hear these words from their parents
I cannot stop crying haha! And I keep watching this! Its truly SO beautiful! That is a wonderful father! Not cuz of a car but because of those words! Beautiful man and his son! God bless this family!
Those are tears of love, respect, humility,,, Dad and Mom raised a boy to becoming a Man. We are blessed you sharing this milestone moment in your lives❤👊🏾💯
Omg I don’t know this family but LORD BLESS THEMN!!! That Father’s word “don’t ever think I don’t have you, I got you! You’ve been a blessing to us1”. Word to live by!
@@WhataPotfullofshit-wj4co Those who judge, will be judged themselves. You voice your perceptions of the people in this video as though it is true. So, based on your "truth", everything that you yourself worked hard to obtain, car, home, etc., was greed. This was simply two parents gifting their son for his hard work and graduating and a son showing his love and appreciation to his mother and father. Have a blessed day.
@@WhataPotfullofshit-wj4coIn the name of Jesus, I bind every prediction of doom and gloom over this father and son. May the blessings of God shower them and overtake them And may this young man go on to be pillar of society, in the name of Jesus.
@@WhataPotfullofshit-wj4coWow. You see evil everywhere. You must be so miserable. I'm sorry you are that way and that life hasn't been kind to you. I genuinely hope you meet God before you leave this earth
It takes a village then. I was raised in foster care, and I was fortunate to have had a very good childhood. Find folks that encourage you, young Sir. We out here 🥰
As a mother myself, I send you love and hugs. Stay encouraged, safe, make good choices, always do your best, stay out of harm's way and leave people, who do wrong, ALONE....❤ Mamma Monroe
Damn the car, it's about him being an active father loving and teaching him about hardwork having it's rewards and verbally expressing to his son how he truly feels
You are a good father to your son got him a call you and his wife God loves you so much they sleeping lessons God is to keep of y'all and God will love you forever what you did for congratulations to you and God is on your sides God bless you bless you and your family and your mother and your 🎚️🎚️
They don't show it, but statistically, black fathers are involved in their kids' lives. It's just not beneficial to certain demographics to promote it.
Yesss!! You can’t only acknowledge the not so good things your child does but also acknowledge and AFFIRM the good things they do to. And telling your child that they are a blessing SO BEAUTIFUL!
@@dontrustwhiteyevery1 I would've taken that ish back and she would've never gotten a car from me. If she got one she would have to work and buy one herself.
"You've been a blessing to me and your mama all your life" Those words would stick to you all your life. It would keep you from all kinds of trouble and would push you to do your best.
I wish I was told that but when I hear it from somebody else telling their son yet it brings a warm feeling to my heart. I think dad’s need to do more of that and I think that dad did a great job.
his father repeatedly letting his son know: “you’re a blessing to me, man!” was hitting me HARD!! wow. 😭😭 so many kids are told they were mistakes or unwanted. that is BEAUTIFUL. ♥️♥️
I know! When I heard his father say you're a blessing to me man, oh my gosh I just broke out in tears and cried like a little kid! I always wanted my parents to say they were proud of me, which I'm sure millions of children strive to hear that from their parents, but never get to! It's so sad
Yeah my ex step father told me I would never amount to anything... I got scholarships to our local college for track and cross country...(didn't use them but received them) but if I got 2nd place in an event he would tell me I sucked and I didn't try hard enough and there was no excuse for me to have not gotten 1st place... I ended up dropping out of high school from the physical and verbal abuse and worked full time and got my GED at 15 and received a presidential scholarship to BCC again... and moved out I was a roommate with my older cousin... And he has been homeless, jobless, arrested for not paying child support... my mom let him stay in her back yard in a tent so he wasn't on the streets... and her husband allowed it... he is one of the biggest losers I know... it's crazy to look back at all the names he called me the trash he talked... the beatings I recieved... and now I make a decent living and have a good life while he is still homeless and my mom made him leave her back yard after many years of allowing him to stay there and use an extension cord from her garage to give him power in his tent... now we have no idea where he is anymore... it's sad
This wasn’t just a lesson for him, but for all the younger siblings/family members. I love that his reaction was to hug his parents first, not run to the car.
@@marypatoros9029 buying a car doesn’t make him a great parent. We have no idea if he just got out of jail, or uses drugs or is an alcoholic. Maybe he made the first payment and the it got repoed. I hope and pray you are right and everyone lives happy and it’s all good. It takes a lot more that what these few seconds show to be a good parent.
@Ami Noll Wow. Is that the only thing you can think about. Negative thoughts leads to a negative life. Let them live their lives and you continue to be jealous.
@@Ami-NollWow!!!! You are the Epic meaning of Negativity!!!!! GLAD I HAVE GOD ON MY SIDE, BECAUSE THEY & I DONT NEED PEOE LIKE YOU, NOWHERE INOUR LIVES!!!!! I PRAY THAT YOU RECOVER & REALLY & TRULY SEEK GOD! BLESSINGS TO YOU & YOURS!@@@@ YOURS!!!!!😢😢😢
@Kostis Tsiutras ikr that dude is a troll and idiot. I have coworkers that have saved money for decades just for moments like this. That young man is very fortunate.
When his father said " That's why I do what I do " His son felt that cause he knew how hard his pops worked to take care of them growing up . I cannot lie I was 😭 , tears of joy .
My dad wasnt around much as a kid because he was always working. It made me feel like he didnt care about me and my sisters, especially as he doesnt really voice his emotions well. It was after i graduated high school and started working a job in fast food full time, while figuring out what to do with my life, that i realized how much he worked for my family to have the opportunities we had. That was his love language. Im 27 now and we have grown pretty close over the years. I value his wisdom so much. My parents are older and one day they wont be here anymore, so I try to see them and spend time with them as much as I can.
Why can’t we clone fathers like this, young men of every race would benefit from having a father like that, a true role model, a true teacher of life. What a great dad he is.
Because we are all unique. We are not meant to act or be the same as somebody else. That's the beauty of this experience called life. The more the sun shines, the more her children grows.
Fake psychology has been telling their fatherless community that no father's is their problem. What a huge lie... The problem is gangster rap culture. Until that problem is solved, nothing's gonna change. And it won't be solved, because it's ordained by God to over take the planet. And it has. I see kids in Asia, acting like it, as well as Europe... It's Satan's culture and Gods using it and them, to usher in Revelations... It all goes back to Judas... Judas was bIack. And I want you to all see .. Since then, humanity has been doing what, to itself? Betraying itself, for GREED. That's our theme.... Those with eyes to see, see the truth of history, and reality. How it fractally started with 1 wicked heart...
If you don’t feel that from the heart…well!!!! Talk about proud parents and a outstanding child!!! God bless that young man and his family🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽congratulations 🎉🎊
Wow what great parents. Not only the physical support and love, but to bless him with a car too. My parents never even have said they’re proud of me lol. 😂
What really tells you about this young man's character is that this gift really touched him. He didn't act like it was his due, he was so moved. Beautiful.
Goodness! We need more fathers in their children’s lives! He told his son, “ you have been a blessing your whole life to your Mom and me”! Hit my heart. I don’t care if you are able to give a brand new car at graduation. Please guide your children through life. Be in their lives, homework, church, and helping them find their destiny. Thumbs up!
There are plenty of fathers in their children's lives. Media only talk about the deadbeats. I love that social media networks are showing black father and mothers together.
@@glassmw9823 that"any" statement means nothing to me. I'm talking about the people who look like me. The ones who are constantly being disrespected more than any other.
@@MDRGODSON so you only care about black people…sounds racist. There was a time where one Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” He’d be disappointed in where we are today. All I saw in this video was great character. In this thread it’s the opposite.
You mean a women didn’t keep his son away, I know lots of women today keep their kid away from their dad but let new boyfriends around the kid, just straight dumbasses
That's a father. That's a son. That's a mother. That's family! Man, this brought tears to my eyes. Just as it did on my son's wedding yesterday. Beautiful. That's real fatherhood!
@@wintero671 That's so gracious of you. What's funny (or sad, depending how you look at it) is that it wasn't my father who taught me to be a good dad (he essentially abandoned his four kids). It was my precious mom. Everything else I learned from the examples of other great fathers...I'm very sure, just like you too. You know them when you see them. Peace.
What an amazing role model father, not about purchasing the car but the deep Instillment of morals and values that you can tell this mother and father have put into their son
Hearing a father refer to his son as a blessing made me bust up immediately. He didn’t even make it about him-he acted like he owed his son that car, rather than that his son even earned it. ❤ that’s a good pops fs
Jesus Christ will come back soon and we have still got time to turn to Him. He died for all of our sins so that we can be forgiven. All we have to do is accept Him into our lives and trust Him wholeheartedly. Nobody but Jesus can save your soul. This might be your sign so turn to Him today. He loves you
Unlike this new generation 😢. They expect to do nothing to earn a car. When one of my sons expected a new car when he turned 16. Nevermind that I was a single mom at the time. I let him know that if he got a job and acted right in school and got good grades, I would match him dollar for dollar to help him get a car. He really let me down.😢
Good old alpha father. To all sons out there. Never underestimate the position of a good father in the house. The only creature that want you to be better than him.
Unfortunately, many men must break up a home in order to maintain their alpha frame. I am wondering if this is a single father. Notice, the father never said this is a gift from his parents.
Those words the father spoke to his son were waaaayyy more important than the car was, cuz those words will last a lifetime. The love that the father has for his son will last forever, all eternity.
So true 👍 I raised my children who are adults and successful in their rights BUTTTTTTT wish there was a DAD there for them. This would have completed a beautiful family Australia 💕 Christina
@@QueenProdigy369 I'm glad you said this. It's a shame though that all I see in the comments is that this rarely happens, or black father's are like unicorns. All from black women of course.
Hard work and achievement is what we need to glorify. Too much of music and pop culture glorifies getting messed up, having random sex, and committing crimes. F the police, right?..........We need to stop glorifying selling drugs and shaking ass. This young man will succeed cause he knows how to achieve the right way.
There HAS to be a mother and there HAS to be an honorable father for a kid to grow up right. If there's not, the kids will be adversely affected in some way. There absolutely HAS to be both.
It's always the quiet ones who show the most respect and appreciation for what they got. He didn't say anything, but he showed how much he loved what he has in family and in material.
Or every child wishes to hear that from their dad and there mom! That's all I ever wanted to hear from my parents growing up, is that they're so proud of me! I'm 45 now and still haven't heard that from them and probably never will
@@jodyann77I might not know you, but I’m so proud of you! Just knowing you’ve made it 45 years into this life and you’re still going strong means you are tougher than you know! My love goes out to you! ❤
nah I don't need to hear that from my parents, we aren't entitled to a "we are proud of you" moment, only those who know what they have done will tell it to themselves, thats how life as a man should be, you shouldn't be exonerated for your work, especially for something you're supposed to do like graduate...
