I definitely recommend you to stop by Prova Pizzeria and give them a try. Living in Italy for 15 years of my life, this place feels like a piece of home. It's not easy to find a traditional Italian pizzeria and this one is a jewel!

That is a good looking pizza, there' tons of pizzaria's like this here on the east cost that do the firewood brick oven style with, and also coal fired, my favorite place here in NYC is called Lombardi's, they also make this pizza, real pizza, the best pizza in USA to me is in NYC, and NJ, but when I come to Cali I'm definitely going to try this place, I hope they make a killer sicilian, cause that's all I eat when it comes to pizza is a sicilian pie with the sauce on top of the cheese style.
