DHCP Option 66 would only be used for the Provisioning URL which means it's an IP address or FQDN of the server (Such as WIndows 2012). Using Option 66 would be utilizing the same Server IP for TFTP Protocol that has access to a DNS Server for IP or FQDN name resolution. So, In the Server Option 066 Boot Server Host Name (FQDN) and Option 066 Boot Server Host Name (IP Address). +INTEGRATION IT Option 066 AND 067 Are Boot Server Options, you are re-directing the IP address to talk to a Server. You won't need Option 067 only Option 066 or 150. It all depends on how you have your Server configured. FreePBX you will only need to implement the IP of where Option 066 is coming from. Being EPM is more for a larger deployment aspect.
