Good one Leon! Well explained and demonstrated. Question: why is acc networking not enabled by default as it is free of cost?

I see this is a year-old unanswered post so you might have got the answer by some other medium by now. However, for new viewers, I would like to mention that this option is by default "ON" for supported VM's You can find more detailed information in the below link:- docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/create-vm-accelerated-networking-cli

But moving the DB1 and DB2 to the same datacenter with the PPG means that you are not using the other datacenter which could mean that we are not using the Avaibility zone concept ?

I came across this channel today and liked the content, presentation & especially the pace by removing irrelevant delays/waiting time. At the same time, I was surprised to see that this question remained unanswered for 6 months...not good as viewers would like to get a prompt response to be associated!! Anyways, what I understood is that; PPG is limited to Availability Set ONLY (not valid for Availability zone). Hence, it's a decision point to choose between SLA for the availability of 99.99% and low latency. Please correct me if my understanding is not correct.
