ALTIUS ha llevado a cabo desde Mayo a Noviembre de 2014, el transporte de carga muy pesada y carga sobre-dimensionada para el desarrollo, mejora y modernización de una refinería, ubicada en Volgogrado (Rusia).
Ha sido uno de los proyectos más desafiantes y de compleja ejecución realizados en Rusia hasta el momento, teniendo en cuenta las rutas fluviales existentes de transporte para poder transportar todos los equipos hasta el destino de este proyecto, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la precaria infraestructura portuaria y carreteras en Volgogrado.

Check out the outstanding job transporting heavy-lift & overdimensional cargoes up to the final project site location situated in Volgograd (Russia).
The most significant operations consisted of double-banking maneuvers transferring the shipped pieces from heavy-lifter vessel onto barges, fluvial maritime transportation onto flat-top barges by Russian rives & channels, load-overs from barge to barge for transshipping heavy reactors from one barge to another barge due to water draft restrictions, roll-off operations of the equipment from barge to shore in a jetty and finally the road-transportation of the cargoes to the delivery refinery where all the cargoes were installed onto foundation.
