Is the concrete mixer fully automatic, that is, does it automatically add a predetermined amount of water and automatically open when the concrete is ready?
This model is semi-automatic. It is controlled by the operator. we also have the fully automatic option. in other videos you can see fully automatic version too.
@@concreteblockmakingmachine Sure it is semi automatic model altogether, but I was only focusing in the operation of the mixer. Does this mixer add water according to data set, or is it an operator that determines the water amount added every time fresh raw material is added. Then does that mixer automatically open when concrete is ready or its manual though hydraulic?
@@GwakaMartin the mixer discharge door works with pneumatic force. The operator controls it through a pneumatic valve. Water is also added by the operator through a valve.
