We ventured to a different eating spot on this trip and tried out some of Prudence Cafe's delicious food. We tried her fried bake, saltfish, smoked herring, aloo pie, chicken, and cheese pie, pholourie, stew chicken, and the crowd favorite gizzard.

I am so happy that you showcased Prudence and her sister. They are hard workers and have grown over the years. They don't make stuff and leave it..but make it as you order. The wait might be a bit long at times but totally worth the wait. Thank you 👌👌👌

Lovely vlog Vedesh. Prudence place looks really nice. The food and variety of choices is interesting. Clean and organized environment. Affordable prices and her and her team's personality is very friendly and warm. If I were living in Trinidad, I would definitely head over there ASAP.
