Absolutely true. I'm on a very small cycle of test and oxadrolone (I went from my usual relatively-high trt dosage of 200ml of test per week to 280ml per week and 20mg per day) and my strength has increased of about 15-20% in the first 6 weeks. Imagine the progress on a serious cycle...

nah MMT has a annoying sticking point meaning you can easily take him off centre but finishing and pinning him isn't actually easy. MMT will easily tire Leonidas out
As far as Denis's hand size. John Brzenk said his hand isn't a hand that is hard to use all your power on. It is easy to use all your power against Denis's hand cuz the shortness of his fingers from my understanding

True, all of Devon's opponents had more static strength than Devon. Like current denis and ermes.But Devon's long arms gave him a huge advantage. And some guys have longer hand than Devon but don't have as much technique and strength as Devon, they lose like Matt Mask. Short arms guys can win against devon but they need extraordinary strength to defeat Devon. Like prime denis

Every time someone says this you get a little cry baby Devon fan commenting like above but it’s so true. His wrist was already 95% maxed out all he needed to do was train some basic compound movements like push, pull, bi’s and tri’s and he could have seen 20 - 50% strength gain. I don't know much about Ryan Bowen but am I the only one who thinks he might defeat Schoolboy? He did very well against Khaled last time. It's true that Khaled wasn't 100% fresh but I see a lot of power and technique in Ryan. Also, could somebody explain to me why some hate him?

True fans will always support Denis no matter what. It didn't change all that much. Devon was better, but that way Denis's weak points got exposed that he can work on. So if anything it's done great for him. We will definitely see differences in the Ermes vs Denis match

Yes if we go by what Prudnik says it makes some sense, coz the only match Devon lost were against a big hand like Levan, which was almost equal in length, but also he has some problem in a flop press as we saw against Genadi, that's why we still haven't seen Devon vs Vitaly, Kurdecha or Revaz etc.... Devon literally got the world title for free from a un prepared Ermes and after that dodged any real challenge for over a 1 year as the world champion. Now that he lost to Levan he is going to dodge the other guys again to hold his n.2 spot. The world champ shouldn't defend his title against retired people(Denis) or people who didn't beat anyone in the top 5 (Georgi)

Prudnyk has been juicing for about a decade now. His strength level will significantly decrease no matter what he believes. I respect his decision to stay clean but he has to understand that almost everyone will be able to beat him in the future ( everyone in the EvW who is juicing till their liver and kidneys , Cyplenkov, kills them )
