I was wondering about advise for trees/shrubs that have grown close to each and are "fighting" for airspace.

Wanted to hear more about pruning the actual "tree-like shrubs" as is the title! Why such a drift into regular pruning tactics as is in another video? Pffft'! Doesn't make sense!
