Have a chu-2116b looking to uograde to ssd but was thinking should re do the thermal paste for peace of mind too video is very helpful.

Update: Just installed the Doom Demo on both consoles.. The new one 2216A is just a bit louder at the start but does not really get louder while playing. Not at all. The old one 2016A however turns up to a plane jet.. I have to admit I forgot how loud it could get.. Damn.. What a difference..

No beep doesn't usually mean the PSU is dead. Slims are notorious for a faulty southbridge on the motherboard.
