How can you be sure that the power adapter is not shorted in the motherboard?

There is no power adapter on the mainboard but to find shorts you can use a multimeter

How do I know if my power supply is broken,yesterday I took apart just the fan and cleaned the fan then when I put the fan and stuff back together it just stopped working

Use a multimeter to test it. It should be outputting 12V

What do you recommend us to do if the issue with our ps5 is the mother board? My p5 beeps but doesn’t light up or turn on. It was working just fine a few days ago.

@@kumo1738 try to find shorts on the mainboard if you know how to use a multimeter otherwise replace the mainboard
