I understand what your coming from lol but in this case because of demand it kinda forces you to stop because its so hard to get the product.

Did you buy a console with the intention of playing it? Did you pay applicable sales taxes? Will you offer an after sales service, including a refund if it’s faulty? If you answered “no” to all these questions, you’re a scalper.

I bought it to sell it and then use the money to buy me one I payed taxes ebay does the after sells service it does offer a refund if console is bad etc. Your argument is not valid because walmart buys at a lower price to resell at a higher price. If I could do the same I would but have to work with what you got.

@@bobbyhodgesvlogish you’ve answered your own question then haven’t you? A genuine reseller buys in bulk at a discounted price and sells them at or around RSP. What you’ve done is bought one with the intention of selling at an overly inflated price, denying someone else the opportunity of securing that console at RSP. You didn’t need to do that to afford to buy one for yourself, that’s just nonsense. You are a scalper. Also you are not providing any after sales service, eBay is; and eBay fees are not sales taxes. I’m not saying what you’ve done is inherently as bad as those scalpers who create artificial scarcity using bots to hoover up thousands of units, but still. It’s morally questionable.

@@markp8824 your right I ended up selling it for $450 and a ps4 pro the customer acted like it was a steal.

@@markp8824 as far as the insurance on a product walmart doenst have insurance on there products they go through all state just like I go through square trade on ebay . And as far as sales tax ebay collects it. I have a resell certificate as well as tax exemption for stores like walmart.
