I'm very happy for you! But....this is the problem with these graders (...specifically PSA), they're all over the place. I've watched a ton of PSA reveal videos and, as mentioned, these PSA people are all over the place. One video specifically stands out (...it wasn’t from you) but this guys cards were absolute gems. This poor guy was getting half the grade of what his low guess was. And I can't stress how beautiful these vintage cards were. Most should have been 5 to 8 range....some possibly should have been higher. Almost all were in the 3 to 5 range. I felt horrible for this guy. I'm going to find the video and edit my comment to include the video. Long story short, I'm happy for your results AND I will never submit to PSA because of what I've witnessed through these PSA reveal videos.
Maybe I should have sent my cards with you. I had cards just as nice on some of them and didn't get anything better than a 3. My Johnny Mize Bowman looked like your Mantle checklist on centering, and they gave it an MC on top of a 2 grade.
@islandcardcollector It's all good. It's a great card either way. I just decided not send anymore in. They look just as good upgraded to me and that's all that matters. I'm not trying to make money on them. I'm just a collector.
Very nice sub! I was wrong on 2 of your cards while watching and guessing. I hope to get your grader as they were right on with my eye. I have to 1960s blind reveal videos I should be posting soon. Keep the videos coming and you gained a new subscriber.

They did they exact opposite to me in my last order to PSA I took 5 cards out of there holders and sent to SGC and all my cards increased 1to 2.5 better by SGC. I wish they weren’t so inconsistent with there grading. So SGC Will get all my business from now on congrats. You can checkout my SGC reveal at J.C. and his card collection thanks. I truly enjoy the videos of yours and others revealing your card grades they are very helpful. However why is there so much Jibber Jabber? These videos for small amount of cards run 30 minutes long it's painful seriously do a quick video of the cards you're going to submit and do a follow-up when they are returned. I do truly appreciate most of the content
Some of the “bad” surprises (grades lower than guesses) seem to come from pesky surface issues. That tiny 1/16 surface wrinkle or cardboard bubble that you can never see. Your cards looked sharp and I’m very glad that there were no such surface surprises.
Thanks!! I agree surface is the part of the card that goes most un-noticed by collectors when submitting for grading. If a card looks good at arms length and you gotta hold it sideways in the light to see the blemish, that doesn't bother me one bit 😎
