If you don't know, now you know. Heat up a knife, cut through the wax at the lip where the removable stopper meets the top of the bottle neck, pull the cork out gently, and clean off any excess wax dust. The l'Encantada I demonstrate with only required one pass, but with some tougher bottles you may have to reheat your knife for multiple runs.
