PSA Watch This First, Vanguard Coop Mode Bug? Wake Up Devs! | Diablo Immortal 

At this point i'd be more satisfied just getting a few cosmetics options to grind, for example boots/legs in slightly different colours etcetera. Instead we get a broken new game mode. Having to run around with the "normal" and new charm is also slightly annoying. Why not have a separate slot for that item at launch? It's like they are hellbent on pushing things out that needed another 3 weeks in the oven, at least.

I haven't played it yet. But I like the concept. I also feel like there's a few things that need to be reworked but I definitely appreciate them trying to spice the game up for us

Same exact thing for me. I ran 2 and got nuffin. Says the same thing. And the timer yesterday, at some point, said 13 hours till reset. Just checked my Codex and it says 2/5 just like yours. Bugged confirmed.

I completed 3 with no charms before realizing it never reset

the timer is normal , reset until Monday yesterday you had 15h because the reset was Thursday make sense but yeah rewards bug

Idk if its designed to make players fail, or players are that stupid

I have same problem…. And i cant clear lvl 4 with my lvl 5 charm🤣 If i clear lvl 4 will get drop for first time or needs to reset?

It's not a bug.. it's a feature ;)

Don't be so dramatic, its just bugged. Pretty sure It could be fixed by friday
