I think this is a great Psalm to pray or read if one feels overwhelmed. Or if you are running into your own spiritual walls. If you are having trouble trusting God. Or are exhausted from work. God Bless.

Gonna leave this Note: repentance is required not optional Here's a prayer "Dear Lord Jesus Christ I'm sorry for all the times I sinned in my life. I want to turn away from my sinful life and follow you for the rest of my life. Please renew me a new spirit that will follow you for the rest of my days on earth. I repent for all my sins and accept you as my personal lord and savior" Forgive everyone that's wronged you ik it's hard but you have to.
