It amazes me how much they have in place to allow progression with different power ups. And its so interesting to see how the game looks with entirely different pathing because of it.
In this episode our best friend is really weird because he's just sniffing everything saying it smells of darkness, meanwhile his idiot boyfriend is being dumb, and the girl who happens to exist does what she does best, nothing
I like that I, having not learned all the "tech" you can do in this game, called that you could probably attack-bounce off torch sconces. Only for Naka to accidentally prove me right seconds later.
That rock wall in Dilapidated Dungeon _is_ breakable at the very start, and you _can_ use it to sequence break... But in order to actually navigate through there, you not only need to know your way through the dark, you also need to know a particular movement tech you can do with just the basic Slide. Relatedly, that funny section in the Underbelly you guys did at the end of the last video is very handy if you're coming from the Dilapidated Dungeon with only the Dream Breaker and Slide.
Sybil explores further! 20:37 - 22:48 - Great Scott! That's one of the ones I wouldn't want to subjected to(Not like I'd want to be subjected to anything in that category, anyway).
I believe the locked door opposite the one leading to the Castle Sansa-Sansa Keep passage at the end of the video leads to the Castle Sansa time trial crystal. And IIRC, that one's one of the few that can be done without all the powers; you should be able to do it as you are now.
I mean there are quite a few you can do without a full kit, but you have to have knowledge of some extra mechanics on some of the early game abilities that you are not told about by the game
That puzzle from the end of the previous video is something that has... puzzled me, since I played this game. No idea what was the purpose of it other than going back. That may be it. edit: You may need to know this in the future so *Minor Mechanics Spoiler* Some Chairs can heal you if you sit on them. They are well off the beaten path.
Helpful note: The chairs that do this have a "Rest" interactable that appears above them and there is one in particular that saved my butt and gave me my favorite moment in this whole game by far.
