Faith Bian will be sorely missed after TI. He basically carried them so many games, not with just the sick plays, but making space for Ame after a lot of poor starts.
seems like bc a bit desperate, taking a fight without sf and et in 35mins,,,,perhaps they try to catch lgd off guard. anyway, ta and bc should be proud of themselves, did not expect them to reach top 8....ta might even reach further, maybe a top 4 if they could defeat og or liquid
The game 3 When BC was dominating after finished the Mid 2 tower, out of sudden LGD just came out from the base and clean house was just something else.
I don't think the sven was the reason. Beastcoast had a chance to win more fights. They seemed like they were ahead at some points. They just got careless. Sven just does what sven does.
people saying beastcoast threw but they forgot ame went super saiyan game 3. look at his positioning and how he waits out spells to jump at the perfect time and cleave multiple heroes. what a god.
The growth of skill of SA region together with lack of respect(because of former years results) from top teams of other regions almost cost LGD elimination here. Anyway GJ BC, nothing brings me more joy that looking at teams playing great. No matter Who wins or looses its a lot of joy for the viewers to watch some awesome dota
Ppl complaint BC lose fight in mid and gave aegis to a bought back batrider: 1. BC need Bat be initiator, he’s the only hero that can catch with no skill delay. CK stun delay, ed delay. They won fight earlier mainly is bat catch 1 of their core first. 2. BC expected leshrac dead LGD will defence high ground , so their sf n CK stand very front. LGD straight come out fight with spirit breaker control, Sven dmg few hits taken down CK n SF. Even BC CK 4k hp also can’t tank long. Maybe even BC also underestimate the silver edge Sven dmg.
I get it from that perspective, but if my sf can die from 4-5 hits from sven... Sf takes priority in aegis. If they will play that way (careless due to 4v5) they should still maintain distance or expect any unexpected plays or very fast BKBs. If you are not able to do this, then it is safer to give aegis to the more relevant damaging core as you are pushing anyways.

Their support can’t even able to help them, with a panda ulti is ady on and their core position r bad. Sf with aegis might died 2 died again too, since spirit breaker is there. He can’t even Bkb tp out and but choose to fight alone after CK died.

This is one of the most exciting match so far. Faith Bian God 🙏 he should’ve kept that panda until final. Probably gonna have new moves save up for it.
This is a warning sign for LGD. That Game 1 draft was completely unacceptable for me. They had no control on Storm or FV's chronosphere. They clearly took bc lightly and almost paid the price. Props to bc though they gave LGD a run for their money. Not to mention they would've won without covid for sure. Future looks bright for SA. Hopefully LGD learned their lesson and will adjust themselves to it and make it to the next week.
yeah LGD always have amazing style game every years they deserve win , but fluke team will coming again just see spirit they gone in first match TI playoff

at 30:33 they underestimated fat sven...eventhough there is no Nothingtosay...they lost that fight instantly...god knows both SF and CK cant win 1 on 1 with fat sven....he literally 3 hitted SF dead...
aegis bat is fine. they were just caught with nasty positioning. even with aegis I doubt it would change the result. and o that charge and ult from bara made ck utterly useless while seven bashing their brains out

Maybe its cause Bat buy-back , other cores have buy-back and pretty tanky so theyre confidence on the highground push. They just didnt expect Ame Sven would delete them just like that .
agreed. that was so bad. why you hitting splits when your whole team is dying??? its almost like he was waiting for aegis to pop so he can participate in the fight after respawn. so so bad.
If I'm reading liquipedia right, BC and OG are splitting $436319, so probably just enough to break even with all the expenses that went into it. LGD and TA will split $305385 so again, probably just enough to cover expenses. 7 mil is the grand prize for the grand champion. If you take into the fact that this could be the last TI for many of these players and if they win, it's like half of what the previous TI's offered for prizes.
