If you’d like to program and install your own PSNee mod chip, please be sure to read through the GitHub repositories yourself, and do your own research.
As for the install, these are the points I personally decided to solder the wires to. There are alternative solder points shown in the guide, and you should choose the points you use based on your own preference and soldering ability. Some of the QFP chips on this console have very finely pitched pins, and can be challenging to solder to.
