Driver 2s survival mode + game sharks invincible cheat = guaranteed fun. Those were the days.

I got this game for Christmas as a kid . I remember not understanding how the waypoint system worked back then because I played this pre GTA3 and then I think the same year or the year after getting Evil Zone

Did you get a chance to play around with the finale of the series Legacy of Kain Defiance i think you might have enjoyed that one alot more you learn moves as you play through the game as both characters switching between playstyles so it never gets too hack and slash or too puzzle intensive. The Bosses were really fun too and the enviorments were wonderful. Unforutunately it was made towards the end of the ps2s life span so yeah didnt get nearly the marketing push it should have.

Damn I remember playing through this games story with my brother when I was like 4 or 5. I spent so long staring at the TV that my eye muscles hurt when I'd try to move them lol.
