Everyone was telling me take curcuma with black pepper and it got my psoriasis way worst. Like you said, I never expected that black pepper and egg antibiotics was the root cause of my psoriasis. Since then I slowly switched to now to full grass fed cow and my psorasis are almost gone. Thanks for opening our eyes.
I was surprised to see how many of your "curatives" were things I do too. Dietwise, cod liver oil, broccoli, small amt meat, light bulbs, etc. I am 83 and have only had this condition for a few years, but failing kidneys make it even tougher. Replacing cotton clothing with bamboo has helped reduce itch. I wipe Vicks over my affected areas. Thx for your details here. ; )
Diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis 6 years ago... on methotrexate and pondering on dropping that because I have felt really good for the past 3 months being on the carnivore diet. I haven't found anything on a Google search of anyone dropping an immune suppressing medication while on a disciplined carnivore diet... any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Strange thing for me is its elbows only but didn't show up until I was 40! Right after Grandma passed. I have not tried the elimination diet since Im eating the same as I always have but perhaps I should try it. Does having gall stones change anything to this? Psoriatic Arthritis is the greatest problem. Everything I read on channels regarding gall stones advise completely plant based diet which I cannot do.

I’m a 64 yo male. I just recently broke out with what a Dermatologist says is psoriasis. I am on Testosterone replacement therapy by way of a transdermal cream. Recently my labs showed my total testosterone level at 1265 which is way higher than I feel is optimal for me. Because all hormones are interconnected I’m sure my estrogen is high as well. Could this be the cause of my psoriasis?

Garlic can be effective as and antibacterial, fungal, viral but I don't recommend it regularly for psoriasis. Some do well with Ashwagandha and others don't. That's been my experience.

I take fish oil, d3, liver, and adaptogens now. Keep it up. I'd say the food allergy removal was the biggest game changer after I had already done the other stuff.
Never do Keto on commercial Meats.They are a major cause of Psoriasis. There is only one thing you need to know. Psoriasis is a Vitamin K2 deficiency. You need the MK4 form to cure your Psoriasis. You need to stop eating commercial meats. Pork and Bacon and Beef are loaded with Antibiotics that destroy your Vitamin K2 producing gut bacteria. Chicken is treated with Chlorine which also destroys your gut bacteria. Never ingest Sucralose. It is Definitely a nutritional problem. Here is how I learned to cure my Psoriasis. I had it on my scalp and temple, on my butt and crotch, on my palms and left armpit. My research revealed the following: Psoriasis is not accelerated growth. It is not an autoimmune disorder. Skin cell differentiation requires Calcium in each layer of skin. What is the white crust we see in psoriatic skin? Biopsy of psoriatic skin shows a buildup of Calcium. Ive tried all doctors medicine,no effect then herbal leaves suggestions i also try but no effect.now i try to go the dermatologist,and then suggested medicine soap and cream .. i just tried for now if the doctor suggested me now is ok.

Everybody is different. I just stick mostly to a beef diet, tallow, a little butter, coconut oil and a little blueberry. When I eat even apples, pork or chicken my body doesn’t like it. Beef seems to be the cleanest diet/non-inflammatory diet you can have, then you can try to add other foods and see what works and does not work.
