PSP: Infinity 2.0 - Permanent 6.61 Custom Firmware for every PSP! 

Wow I cant believe I see a PSP video in 2019. I really miss to see all of this stuff back again. Great video zett👍🏻

This is great. I'm looking forward to finally updating my barely used silver metallic PSP that I hacked back when the pandora battery trick came out. It still on an old CFW due to the fact I only used that PSP for less than a month when it came out and never used it again after hacking it. I know, kind of sad that I never gave it that much love and attention due to playing on the PS2 or PS3 much more at that time. I missed out on that PSP gen and heard it had so many great games. Also got a brand new launch PS Vita that I bought two years ago and only turned it on to install CFW on it. I don't want to repeat the same thing I did with the PSP so now I want to go back and enjoy both of them. I know you can play PSP games on the PS Vita with that beautiful OLED screen, but I want to enjoy playing them on PSP first.

Wololo! Magic :D I just bought white PSP in perfect condition from Japan and definitely apply this mod. I remember 15 years (or more) ago how i make Pandora battery and mod my and friends consoles :) Now it's time to play Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiidge Raaacer again! Good tutorial.

That is an excellent tutorial. I'm already running 6.61 PRO-C on my PSP1000, so besides the custom banner with battery information etc, is there any advantage to upgrading to Infinity 2?

psp was working fine but now formware will never get permanent. any tips? i just entered the sense me chanels icon and the blue screen about reseting configuration poped up. I reseted them presing circle and tried the app again. The second time blue screen poped out again but after reboot, this time it booted on 6.61 infinit but no custom firmware pro. I had to put fast recovery on the sd, and i can boot back on the firmware. However boot configuration doesnt seem to work, i activated the pro c module but i cant no matter what i do, i have to run proc fast recovery every time i turn off the psp

i was wondering why it wouldn't show "6.61 infinity". didnt know by rebooting it was ment just getting out the app via ps-button...duh i hard rebooted.

@ZETT. Please help. This (Infinity 2) works perfectly on my 3000 but on my 1000 and 2000, it shows up as PRO C infinity in system settings. Here's the tricky part.....All games(Isos and Roms in emulators freeze) I cannot access VSH MENU because select does not work. The buttons all worked when i was just on Pro C, including VSH. Is there a way i can fix this??I tried using Chronoswitch, but it just loaded up infinity again after i did the steps after running chronoSwitch.Please help, i have two psps i've bought memoruy cards for etc and they are king of useless since the buttons don't work in games.

This might sound like a noob question but are PRO-C and PRO-C2 different from each other? I'm just wondering if I'm missing an important update.

Hi, maybe you won't read this message... but i try anyway, i'm trying to extract virtual manuals from official PSX games for PSP, games "downloaded" from the "PlayStore", I searched around for a while, many results led me to 'new_PSXdecrypter' 2012 project you worked on too, But my interest is Not to convert the game to .iso file, my interest in ''simply'' extracting the virtual manuals file. (many games I own are rare and these manuals are nowhere to be found.. I'd like to extract the image files to print and keep them.) I did a lot of research.. but all of them lead to decryption with the sole purpose of getting the game in iso format. I have not found any forum where this topic on virtual manuals was covered. I have seen that you are a PSP hacking expert, And I've seen your 2012 videos to date, I thought maybe you can give me some advice. Sorry for my horrible english ;P
