OMG! Anything that has two heads is a monster! I can't believe you went through all of that! Honestly I am laughing because the level of reproach and fight against the Will of God is crazy! I am joyful with your response: "I agree with you...etc"; because indeed you marry your fellow Christian, or other, but you were familiar with them somewhere first. So if you will submit to a brother or sister in the church, then how much more a husband to a wife and vice versa? I honestly don't even get the argument men would have here, except for because this revelation has been spoken by a woman. I am a Jamaican and I had married a Nigerian. I later realised that he was afraid of my success and kept preaching submission to me. He tried to supress me and force his culture on me, I had to run for my life. I later realised that he was a narcissist and he is far from God. I rather to be divorced and alive than married and dead. I thank God for allowing me to escape alive.
I’m 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My baby gets active and worships with me every single time I play this. I’m going to play this on repeat in my delivery room, as I could not think of a better time to worship and praise God.

This unbalance is affecting everyone, unfortunately it is not suppose to be so in Christian marriages but it is far worse than in the secular world. Interesting, I think may be you just want to address the misbehavior of men who are not being responsible with the duty that God has given to them but instead they tend to use traditional and religious(without love) means to treat women. In the course of your submission I see a different picture to what God has originally designed. Thus man as the head of the woman, Christ the head of man and God the head of Christ-1Corinthians 11:3. Christ was not submitted to the church but rather to God. God(the trinity) is not three heads. This marriage unit is simple just look at Christ(man)and the church(woman). If you don't believe in the headship of a man don't go ahead with marriage. If u find yourself in any form of abuse just run to safety.
