Tsurugi and Ryoga actually sing "Mera mera me" (they do sing this line in Love Fire recording video) but it seems that Kokoro will sing that line but not them, anw Tsurugi and Ryoga will have more lines in another song :3

im pretty sure the rap line has close to no lines in this song apart from the one or two lines from ryushin and jimmy at the start

apparently 'meramera' is the word used to describe something bursting into flames/flaring up. So I'm guessing they're saying "spark me up"/"make me burst into flames". But idk japanese this was just from me googling the word.
