Anytime a friend or co-worker is going through a loss of somebody close, I ask them if they have ever heard of a guy named Matt Fraser? If they haven't, I tell them to pull out their phone and open youtube. I make them subscribe to your channel. And I tell them to make sure to listen to some of your videos and that you will help them in becoming more "comfortable" with death. As you have personally helped me understand death and that it's a part of life and that we will see these people again when we get to the other side. I get some crazy looks sometimes, but after they listen to one of your videos they become hooked. I believe in you and have attended 2 of your online readings, which will be 3 in March. I work as a flight attendant and deal with all kinds of people. I have learned to distance myself from them. Even when family members act out. I keep my circle small and have no space for negativity. I don’t watch the news anymore. I have no social media anymore . It’s such a relief. 🙌 Sometimes I have the feeling that light attracts the dark. So people like us with empathy really need to be careful, who we spend our time with and who we lend our ears 👂.
Matt you didn't really say how to block out negative energy. In this video . Another time I heard you say you pray before all readings. That makes perfect sense to me. When I start to feel negative energy from someone I know I just learned from my intuition pray for them and I leave them alone for a while.
Hey Matt.. I’ve had an overwhelming amount of empathy since I can remember. If a person or especially animals were sad or in pain, I would start balling and couldn’t control it. It’s like I feel everyone’s sadness. These days, what I feel is anger and hatred, to the point where I go to & from work, to the grocery store & that’s it. When I would get home, I used to be able to rejuvenate myself being alone, but that’s not working like it used to. Idk what’s happened to the world but seriously, it scares me how much hate I feel around people. 😢 Thanks for posting this!
I totally get you. I'm the same! We're empaths - so we absorb all of the things/emotions around us, and we carry the weight of the world too! And sometimes, it's just too much 😞 There are things that empaths can do to protect & preserve themselves (because it is very tiring and very draining). Try to do some research on it and see if you can try any of those things...? Sending you loads of love, peace, courage and hugs! 💞🙏💪🌹🥰😘
totally understand. That is how us empaths are until we really learn how to implement energetic boundaries but it’s a learning process I’ve had to learn how to do that for sure.
It's part of the process. It's very dense on earth. Tune in to all the things that bring you joy. Good advice on salt bath and crystal support. If you have spiritual healers in your vicinity and have the resources to retain them is beneficial. Only those who resonate with you. Meditation. Matt is giving exceptional advice here. Also there are many many angels here now in support of us. Call on them for assistance. It's real, they're palpable. These times require multiple daily clearings. You should cover yourself in white light, cover all the places you go in white light before you even go there. You should use sweet grass too. It clears negative energy but let’s the good energy in. Peace light love and blessings. Also ask your angels to protect you every day.

What I've found, at least for myself, is praying to God or my Guru for protection is the best method. In a sense, Matt is saying the same thing, but I would emphasize asking protection from God versus anything I do on my own efforts. The reason is that you don't always know what you're up against--you may be strong enough on your own, and you may not, but God is always strong enough.

I’ve been using the white light protection meditation for a very long time. It does work. I prefer to imagine myself laying on the beach with the white light surrounding me and penetrating my chakras. It really works.
My ex showed his full blown narcissist but I try to say sean is a good person. Loving father etc and I've seen a diff man. What we say, matters I still don't want him back lol but I wish nothing but happiness for him and my son's sake.
i am trapped with a psycho in my house! i'm renting a room in a house and so is he, and so i don't have the authority to kick him out. but he harasses me constantly. i am so sick of this. i am seriously considering suing my landlord because i am at a loss as to what to do. and it isn't easy to move , i would have a long time ago if it were!!

Yes yes and I always taught my clients how to put that shield up. As a Massage Therapist/Empath/healer I too heard all about the lives of my clients! As a practicing witch ( I work with light energy only) I use this technique often. Remember if you fill your house with positive loving energy there is no room for negative energy. But the moment you let negative thoughts take over, you let it creep back in. Practice keeping negative thoughts out of your mind redirect your thoughts immediately. Matt my ex husband passed away 16th February 2024. I viewed his body twice at the hospital. The second time, I spoke to him and sent him love and light and I thanked him for being my husband for six years. Guess what happened after I went outside...I checked my phone and saw 11:11. I believe he crossed over into the light and he's ok❤ Today I asked for a sign to what took his life. A voice told me look up at the kitchen ceiling. I saw a watermark in the shape of a finger pointing to the laundry room so I followed it. When I looked at the countertop there I saw and empty bottle of Coke. My gut is telling me someone poisoned him with drugs. I'm waiting on news of his autopsy report. My gut is telling me he was poisoned. I hope I'm wrong but if it's true I'm sending out love and light and forgiveness and blocking negative energy❤thanks for reminding me that visualizing white light around me does work❤I've been doing it for a few years already for myself, my kids and others❤this is confirmation it does work❤
Since I can remember, I can only be around positivity; anything less, I literally get ill... If I sense ANY negativity & not able to shift it to positive, I remove myself completely & go to a quiet place to replace any less than positive back to positive through meditation... Even being in a room full of positive energy, there after I am extremely overwhelmed, exhausted & must meditate to calm self.

I saw spirits when I was 11 years old 1st was my grandad I saw him at night sitting in my bed I see like white light around them similar to an aura around them. My nan was really supportive with this & I met my uncle who had past away on 1st World War that i had never met. I really appreciated this for when she was a human in this world. She is still with me sometimes she's on the other side with my grandad & their dog Mandy 🐕. I have 2 different spiritual guides helping me with other things I know for sure. My nan & grandad pop in on occasions. I have different spirit guides helping me with different things. I met my angel too interesting how I saw them from a human perspective stand point

I'm a person who is psychic I have to be careful on being around negative people. I can also read negative thought and dream too. I can see vision as well when past love ones open windows then I can see them. Also spirit tend to follow me can't stand that because they distribute me in my dreams. I went to New York to visit first time had such weird dreams so much going on there. 😩
I’m just seeing this now but it makes sense. My 2 year old grandson used to always say light. Then he would stare at the light like he could see someone in the light.
One time I bought an antique Erin Go Braugh pin from NYC on eBay. It arrived and I instantly had visions of the previous owner and what happened. I don't want to to type it, but I tried to keep it and I couldn't..I just resold it back on ebay. I don't get super clear visions all the time, mine is random..but that piece was very clear. Energy is a real real thing.

When you mentioned the rumor stuff and how celebrities experience that “outside energy” i understood 110 percent. I can “feel it” but since following advice I’ve learned to “acknowledge it” and then do a “check in with myself.” I ask if there is anything that would cause me to feel that way (the prickly bad vibes) and then I try to “separate” like “it must be someone sending bad vibes.”
Oh Matt, you hit the nail on the head with this one. My husband worked with a man at his first “real” job @40 years ago. The minute I met him, even though his outside manner was nice, I had such an intense distain for him. I absolutely couldn’t stand to be around him. Fast forward 5 years, my husband started a business with him, against my better wishes. Obviously I had to see him more often and I found myself sick to my stomach when I even knew I had to see him. I would, and still do to this day, anything not to even look at him. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but this makes me feel validated!! My husband told me I was being silly, but came to realize that I wasn’t bat s**t crazy. I’m getting disgusted just typing this 😅. It took maybe 20 years for everyone to even start to realize that Cindy wasn’t wrong after all. I’m one of the people who say, “I don’t have a physic cell in my body (though I really wish I did), but maybe there’s 1 cell now. This was such a great show. I just love you and the beautiful soul you are. By the way, I saw the picture of you and your beautiful baby boy backstage before your event. He’s just stinking adorable. I’m EXTREMELY weirded out!!!!! 2 nights ago I had a dream of a friend telling me it was important to wash things with light 3 times. I couldn’t believe it when he just referenced it washing you, literally never heard anyone use that analogy. So a dream message for everyone do it THREE times!! Lol
That was a really good little visit. Love the way you say the energy vampire thing. My man was sick for a long time . He passed away leaving me a shell of a person and an energy vampire. I know it... I absorb negative energy like a magnet as well. I'm going to isolate from outside and inside. I'm going to visualize a window I can open to let out positive when I am strong . Or to recharge. And to block . I feel like my soal is been crushed by life and mean people. Hoping this will help... thanks.
Sounds like u absorb energy so likely empathic and an energy vampire takes energy away leaving u drained. And yes negative energies can be absorbed if we r feeling low but when happy it cant stick. I think anyway. Also if u r surrounded by narcissists then I hope u watch videos by dr ramani, lisa romano also check narcology unscripted. Time to get into healing mode.
Since I was a young child I could pick up these energies, I just couldn’t put it in to words. I still struggle with it as an adult. This is well said Matt! I always wondered how I could ground myself or cleanse myself after these encounters. I am going to try this! ♥️ I work in long term care, and there are times I am just a mess by the time I hit the car! I absorb these heavy energies! But, as I said…I am definitely going to try this!
