Hello Mam..gd evng.. this is Yash from india..i saw ur video through lahore TV pranks.All videos are awsm for spread happiness as well as awareness and knowledge that u share through these videos..I am going through very bad time from last 3.4 yrs..due to this, i am also mently so much stressed..and that type of symptoms u explain in panks videos same symptoms are i m facing..such as - sadness, loss of temper, overthinking etc.. I know that i am also in mental pressure or depression..Is it possible to overcome this by itself or I have to go any psychiatrist....
