Future Team Mexico in partnership with the All-Russian Movement "Medical Volunteers", "SERESARTE" Fund and medical association "+ Jandi" held an online conference "Psychology 101". The professional psychologist from Mexico discussed the new challenges that arose in front of volunteers due to the pandemic and shared their experience in how to fight emotional breakdowns, the burning-outs and stress. Emotional harmony is equally important and hard to achieve no matter in which country you live.
