How do you move forward after loss? How do you get back up when facing grief?
Licensed therapist Jonathan Decker, filmmaker Alan Seawright, and professional stunt man Omar Zaki (who was actually a body double/stand-in for Andrew Garfield in No Way Home!!!) take a look at Andrew Garfield's portrayal of Peter Parker and what we can learn about dealing with grief and loss from The Amazing Spider-Man. Peter loses a lot of people in a very short time, and it gets hard for him to do the right thing rather than seek revenge or get bitter. But, he does show us a thing or two about how to keep doing the right thing even when it's hard, even when life is hard. And he has arguably the most fun being Spider-Man of any of the Spider-Men (sorry Tobey). Because he's amazing. No really, he's amazing.
