Oh my god finally a good written creepypasta everything of the last 3 years has been such drivel having the protagonist be isolated is one of the best ways to add this tension n submerge the listener on say a night walk one of my fave horror films is jacobs ladder for that reason n creepypastas was the gristers because u feel like ur alone on ur truama n the illusions are getting scarier and the people who u felt u weren’t alone with start getting picked off one by one reassuring ur skepticism’s which that’s all u wanted wasn’t it

Hold up, I think this one is related to another asylum story. I could be wrong, but I listened to another story about someone finding strange nerves connected to his eyes, that sort of controlled him, and only the insane can see the nerves and get rid of them. Maybe this one’s related.
