These videos are like showing your father your favorite music, but instead of trashing it he vibes along with you to it and gives you intresting insights about his work. Love it, greetings from germany
@@Jesse_Stamour huh? Nick Mira made the beat. Everyone knows that. It’s not a mystery. The song interpolates a Sting song, though. Because of that, he doesn’t own the rights to this song since he never got permission from Sting.
Lucid dreaming is where you are aware that you are dreaming and can sometimes can control your dream. It's ironic because he says "I have these lucid dreams, where I can't move a thing", which also implies that he has sleep paralysis which is a side effect of lucid dreams.
You’re partially incorrect, a lucid dream is when you know you’re dreaming while in the dream, it is common to be able to control the dream in one but it’s possible to be lucid and not in control
The fact that juice made this song in like 10 minutes amazes me every time I hear it, and I know that he has said that he doesn’t like this song but it’s definitely one of the most iconic juice wrld songs. Also great reaction as always Tom and Nick! 👍 and congratulations on 100k, can’t wait for that livestream
I remember the first time hearing this song... Didn't know juice at the time. But youtube autoplayed it after xo tour life and I was instantly hooked. Thank you youtube algorithm.
Yeah 18 year old Juice wrote LD in about 15 mins (crazy), he said in an interview he more or less stopped writing after writing this one. It was about his high school ex but he said a while later it was really a fairly insignificant relationship, but in his head it was way deeper cos he was taking a lot of xans at the time
recently got out of a long relationship, his lyrics speak such truth to what i feel every day. It's comforting to be able to relate to someone who went through the same feelings
Things are tough but I find ways to get through it through music and working out mainly. Tried therapy, it was terrible. Glad to hear you’re doing good and got some help
@@landonsillyman3996 So far my experience's with Therapy have been negative so far too but I need to be accessed so I've been fighting and fighting with the mental health system. I know the right person is out for me I just gotta keep fighting to find that head doc! But what music do you listen to? I might work out today, especially if it works for you bro, thanks for sharing that
@@chronicxhistories absolutely my man! Goodluck to you. I really enjoy bands like Erra, Imminence, Wage War, Xxxtentacion, and iamjakehill! A lot of metalcore mixed in with some rap
Lucid dreaming is where you are aware you're dreaming and you can control them. You can teach yourself to have them. Also, CONGRATS on the 100k, that's gone so quick!
How? I have em but I wanna control the situations and not just my actions. I've seen the world end and it's all I see, if it's not that, it's a ghost or the devil. God spoke to me last year in a dream, as greece experienced a major earthquake 🙏 but man I wanna write my own situations and events
@@chronicxhistories it’s not easy, takes practice to be able to control the dream environment, you just have to believe. For instance when I was lucid dreaming once I said right I’m gonna walk around this corner and there’s going to be whatever I wanted there to be, flying is the hardest though, if you feel you’re about to wake up they say spinning can help that.
This therapist is literally a trend setter, for whatever reason I feel like what he is doing is important. Just seems like a good fella! Keep it up my guy!!!
Been waiting on this since day one for sure! Great reaction as always. Also from what I understand, lucid dreaming is when you have control over what happens during your dream, and can do whatever you please.
I watch youtube everyday and 30k views with 3.5k likes is crazy and u deserve every single one of them, very underrated but the way it works is just keep being urself and exposing urself to the world it will come back to u in amazing ways, thanks for this.
Also lucid dreaming is when you are asleep dreaming but you’re aware that you’re asleep and you can control the dream and a bad side effect of lucid dreams is sleep paralysis
The first time I showed my dad lil peep, I could tell he could have cried. I showed him star shopping. This is the same man who introduced me to zeppelin, Hendrix, Floyd, police, all these classics, in my childhood. Never liked a single rap song he’s ever heard. You remind me of that experience and I hope you take that as a compliment brother! Love the channel, and how open minded you can be.
Hey Tom, so happy to see Lucid dreams pop up, we were indeed waiting for it. Lucid dreams are a state of dreaming where you know you're in a dream but are able to make decisions and you are concious. It was some kind of trend to try to lucid dreams by all kinds of tricks. On the other hand, it could also mean something in the way of sleep paralysis, which means you dream, wake up from a nightmore usually, but can't move or make a sound. I used to habe this as a child, I was so scared I couldn't move/ scream for my parents. It's a very weird a'd frightening experience. Loved the video and all your videos! ❤️
@@ReactionTherapyOfficial Definitely sleep paralysis which his ex represents as a demon-like shadow existing in his room, making him feel paralysed in sleep paralysis state.
Yeah lucid dreams is his biggest hit. It’s what started his fame. Lucid dreams occur when you are in a dream but you are aware that you are dreaming and you can control them. You can train yourself to have them and it’s actually pretty cool
His head being in the floor represents a crawl space which he references in other songs as well. It is basically the dark place between a house and the grown. Representing how he’s stuck in a dark/lonely place almost and doesn’t fit in normally.
I remember the first time hearing this song... Didn't know juice at the time. But youtube autoplayed it after xo tour life and I was instantly hooked. Thank you youtube algorithm.
i love ur videos. they touch me a lot. apperently i think im going to be screened for depression. and im anxious about it. your videos really kill that pain. thank you so much. im subscribed to ur channel and everything. juice is my fav artist and i like the juice wrld ones specificly
Cant find if you already have, but please react to Juice Wrld, All girls are the same. Song is so good and I feel your breakdown would be an amazing viewpoint to see from!!! LOVE THE VIDS!
The part where he goes into "you left me falling and landing inside my grave, I know that you want me dead. I take prescription to make me feel a ok I know its all in my head. I have these lucid dreams where I cant move a thing, thinking of you in my head..." arguably the best line+flow+beat etc he dropped ever. I know thats a tough statement but for me its one of these parts that got me through a lot of sht and a can relate to this so much
It sucks when you go through the grieving stages and there not even dead. They have just left you. And you m I st live with it and the feelings you're left with
I remember hearing this while playing the call of duty 3 or something like that and it would random play and I like it so much I wish I could go back to that day
You should give Jelly Roll a listen, especially "Save Me" and "Empty House", or any of his songs, tbh.. his work is amazing and everyone going through it can easily relate to his words.. and Eric Reprid "Nobody Knows", another amazing song! I know I've said it plenty of times but I'm happy for ya, Doc. All the work you've put in, what you've created, and staying loyal to your fan base since the start, you deserve everything coming your way! 🙏🏻💯💯
i really love the channel tom!!! youre such a great person nd hearing you talk bout things i am going through, really helps me!! and you react to some great music
Tom, I appreciate you making these videos, especially when it’s about juice:) I love how you’re open minded, you give us your input but in a professional and sincere way. I look forward to your videos daily. Ty for keeping his name alive
Juice actually has a verse that goes perfectly with what you were saying about co-dependence. It’s from an unreleased song called You Don’t Know Me. Here’s how it goes: I walk, walk away, away from all my problems I look, look at you, look at you to solve 'em Now I see, now I see, that is the problem Co-dependence, not independent
He wrote this about his high school sweetheart. The whole first album goodbye and good riddance was about her, Bella. This song samples sting’s shape of my heart I believe is the title and sting sued juice and actually got rights to this song. He joked and said juice will send his grandkids to college with this one. Juice said he didn’t care because this song broke his career and he could always make more. What a positive outlook. We could all learn from that. Thank you for these Tom!
Man this is amazing, its been a while since I commented on a video but thanks Tom for the insight and all the resources. I decided to stop being complacent and be more empathetic. I am more self aware now and my mental health thanks me for it everyday . I feel so much more content and happy. It's been a long journey but I am glad to be where I am at.
